Medication Refills

If Your Child Needs a Prescription Refill

For prescription refills, please contact your pharmacy to verify whether refills remain on the current prescription. This step is crucial in avoiding any interruptions in your treatment. If you find that there are no refills left, please follow the instructions below based on the type of medication refill needed.

ADHD Medication Refills: Please submit a prescription refill request securely through the Follow My Health patient portal or by completing the Medication Refill Request Form from our website.  Email the completed form to forms@northatlantapeds.com. Please allow up to 72 business hours for processing. 

All other Medication Refills: Please submit a request securely through the Follow My Health patient portal, or your may call the office and leave a message for our phone nurse. 

PLEASE MAKE YOUR REQUESTS AT LEAST A WEEK IN ADVANCE SO THAT YOUR CHILD DOES NOT RUN OUT OF MEDICATION.
